We are seeking an enthusiastic dairy farmer who is looking for a good opportunity to progress their career this season.  Our clients are very established in the industry and run well producing farms.  They have an opportunity on their higher input farm, currently running 950 cows through a modern bale rotary.You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your day to day activities, which will include milking/shed hygiene, animal health detection, tractor driving and general farm duties. We are seeking a “good all-rounder”.We are looking for someone who shares our clients passion for the industry and who is prepared to work hard as part of the team.  You will also be known for your reliability and stable work history.  We are ideally seeking applicants with at least 1 years dairy experience or a relevant agricultural qualification; you must also be prepared to develop your tractor driving skills.  They are supportive of employee development and a keenness to learn pasture management will be beneficial.  They have a good team environment, where everyone is focused on the farm goals but can also share a laugh.Salary negotiable on experience.
